Megan and I saw samples of Tracey’s work at a horse show at the Idaho Center. We were very impressed with the quality and her ability to capture still and action shots with horses and owners. Photographing a horse can be extremely difficult! Megan set up her photo session last Fall. One by herself at Ann Morrison Park and one with her horse and puppy at Eagle Island State Park. Megan’s first session went extremely well. She commented on how much fun she had with Tracey and we loved all the proofs. Tracey captured the vivid fall colors and Megan portraits turned out beautifully. Megan’s second session at Eagle Island State Park was also very fun. Megan’s horse Party Hearty was feeling energetic and sometimes was difficult to handle. I was amazed to see how Tracey was able to capture so many beautiful shots of Megan and Party. Megan also wanted a few photos with her puppy, Spud, and they turned out so cute. The most difficult part of the whole experience was trying to decide what proofs and photos we wanted because there were so many good ones to choose. Megan chose a 16×20 canvas with her horse and it is absolutely beautiful. It captured a moment in time that we can remember and share for many years.

Emily’s senior photo shoots with Tracey were spectacular! Tracey came to our house one afternoon to take pictures of Emily with our 3 horses, and Tracey was impressively adept at getting the horses to interact and provide special shots in a short period of time. She really knows how to deal with horses so that she gets the right shot, right away. She and Emily talked before the photo shoot about some wardrobe and composition possibilities that worked out really well. Tracey took a spectacular picture of Emily in a formal gown bareback on her big horse. That is a portrait Emily will cherish always. Our second session by the river with some family shots and Emily’s individual shots was so tension-free and easy. Our only complaint is that there were so many beautiful proofs to choose from! We heartily recommend Tracey for your photo portrait needs.
